$30 Buyer’s Premium (over the amount of sale)
Winning bidders pay online before pick-up
$100 refundable cleaning fee paid over the amount of sale until removal of good is complete paid directly to the storage garage when you pick up the items
Sold property is to be removed from premises with 48 hours after the end of the sale
(Cleaning fee will withheld until move out is confirmed by inspection)
Owners have until May 13th at 5 p.m. to pay their bill.

Buyers need to be at the location on May 14th between 9:00 a.m. and noon to pay their deposit
