This auction contains two units at each location.

All bidders must come to Lake Realty Storage Rentals, 411 West Maple Street in Hartville before 10:30 a.m. on May 6th to register and get a number. After the West Maple Street location, we will drive to Lake Realty Storage Rentals at 13060 Lake Avenue in Hartville to auction off the other two units.

Includes: furniture, freezer, and household items

#42C – Wendee Burnette – 7595 Allen Drive NE, Hartville, Ohio 44632
Includes: tv, furniture, and household items

#48D – Denise Leasure – 3718 Whipple SW, Canton, Ohio 44706
Includes: stove, chairs, ladders, and totes

Terms: Cash only, $30 Buyers Premium over the amount of sale, $100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit paid over the amount of sale until removal of goods in complete (cash only) paid directly to the storage garage when you pick up the items and clean out the unit

(Cleaning Deposit will be held until move out is confirmed by inspection)

Owners have until May 5, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.to pay their bill
